Tuscany Chianti Classico. Winery with mansion and wine cellar in the Chianti Classico Gallo Nero zone.

The main body of the Ancient Farm consists of various buildings:
- The master Villa nineteenth century, in typical Florentine style, on two floors of 1,000 square meters, a hotel of about 12 rooms, a farmhouse used as a restaurant, a wonderful wine cellar with local aging, wine-making and bottling.
It 's also a restaurant for about 50 people.
Inside the property there is also an old building, to be recovered, about 500 square meters, you can allocate, once restored, the expansion of accommodation .
Land owned consist of a total of 90 hectares, of which 12 hectares of vineyard Chianti Classico DOCG, with 1,500 olive trees in production and woodland.
The wine farm  produces a quantity of wine of about 100,000 bottles/year between Chianti Classico DOCG, Chianti Classico Riserva, grappa and long aging, extra virgin olive oil.
The vineyards are of different varieties indigenous to the area and have been periodically renewed: Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Malvasia Bianca, Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Ciliegiolo and Trebbiano.
In ancient Farm are twelve rooms obtained from both the ancient villa residence and from the apartments. The rooms, all with private bathrooms, although different, are furnished respecting the original structure and style of the villa, providing, however, with all the modern comfort.
The sale includes all the machinery and the production of wine aging in the cellar.
